Dru Steubing

Managing Partner

Dru Steubing is a seasoned energy developer with over 15 years of experience executing large-scale generation and infrastructure projects.

   Before founding DevCore, he served as Chief Development Officer at Galehead Development, where he led the company’s development efforts and managed a 15+ GW pipeline across solar, wind, storage, and energy transition assets.

Prior to that, Dru served as Vice President of Project Development at Apex Clean Energy from 2015–2023, where he brought over 2 GW’s of energy projects to COD throughout Texas, including coastal wind and solar farms, guiding them from site screening through engineering, procurement, and construction.

Dru also founded and ran Integrity Civil Constructors, LLC, a civil construction firm specializing in wind turbine foundations, roads, and crane pads, giving him deep expertise in site infrastructure.

  Dru holds a B.S. in Construction Science with a Business Administration minor from Texas A&M University
